Basic Women's Self-Defense Class

Knowing that you don't have to remember difficult moves or even break a sweat to provide effective self-defense tactics ending with optimal results. Simple is usually the best, as when you are in the moment, multi-step movements are usually forgotten when tensions are high. Keeping movements simple allows you to recall them easily when needed.

Michael, the instructor, has spent over 20 years in tactical and high threat environments.

• Over 10 years active duty in the Army, last 4 years as a personal security officer for a SACEUR (4-Star General)
• 3 years as a Panama City Police officer and member of S.W.A.T.
• 3 years as a Walton County Deputy (Freeport) and defensive tactics instructor
• 8 years private security contractor in Iraq and Integration Training Instructor (ITI)

This is an interactive and safe environment to learn these skills to empower you with the tools necessary to build confidence in yourself especially, if or when the need arises.

If we do not receive these documents you WILL NOT be able to participate in the class. 

Due to limited seating, if you pay for a slot in class and do not show for the class NO REFUNDS will be provided. 

CANCELATION: You must cancel 48 hours before the class is held to receive a full refund. Cancelation deadline is January 9, 2025 by 12 pm noon. If cancelation is received after the date and time listed NO REFUND will be provided.
